1. General Information
Garma Expeditions is a brand owned and operated by Kayak Adventure d.o.o., Viktora Vide 2d, 23000 Zadar, a fully licensed operator, with tax number: HR-47646743223
By booking any of our programs, participants confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
- Minimum Age: The minimum age for participation is 16 years. Participants under 18 years must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
- Health & Fitness: Participants must ensure they meet the physical and skill requirements for the trip. Any medical conditions, dietary restrictions, or special requests must be communicated in advance.
- Safety Compliance: Participants must follow all instructions given by guides.
- Liability Waiver: All participants must sign a liability waiver before the trip. This waiver releases the company and its affiliates from liability for injuries, damages, or losses incurred during the trip.
- Personal Responsibility: Participants acknowledge the inherent risks of outdoor activities and agree to take full responsibility for their safety.
- Insurance Recommendation: We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unexpected emergencies, injuries, or trip cancellations.
2. Equipment Use & Responsibility
- Rental Equipment: Participants renting equipment are responsible for its proper use and care.
- Damage Charges: Any damage beyond normal wear and tear may result in additional charges.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation by the Client:
- More than 60 days before departure → Full refund.
- 30 – 60 days before departure → 50% refund.
- Less than 30 days before departure → No refund.
Cancellation for Adratic Blue and all expeditions longer than 7 days and all accomodation – based trips
- Cancellations from 120 days before the tour start will receive full refund.
- Cancellations from 90-120 days before the tour start will receive 50% refund.
- Cancellations within 90 days before the tour start will receive no refund.
Upon requesting cancellation you will receive deposit minus the bank transfer fee.
Cancellation by the Organizer:
- We reserve the right to cancel a trip due to adverse weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will be offered a rescheduled date or a full refund.
4. Trip Modifications
We reserve the right to modify or cancel trips due to:
- Bad weather
- Safety concerns
- Insufficient bookings
Any changes will be communicated to participants as soon as possible.
